Santa Vs Snoop (Dogg) Lion rap battle

1st trailer for Man Of Steel F**K YEAH

The first trailer for the new Superman movie "Man of Steel". I have been waiting for this for a long time and I am psyched. Been waiting for Henry Cavill to get something good since seeing him on "The Tudors", produced by Chris Nolan and directed by Zach Snyder who so far has proven to be very capable with these types of things.

5 TV shows you are probably not watching but should be

I often get asked what are some good TV shows out there to watch, and surely these last few years have seen many many worthwhile programs come and go. I try to keep up on this stuff but I am sometimes surprised to find some excellence shows that I never heard of or that there are many popular shows that my friends have never heard of. Maybe it has something to do with our limited choices living in Canada who knows. I am keeping my list to 5 that you probably have not heard of or, in my conversations, do know of but for some reason have not started watching yet. Most of these you might not find on your local channels so you may need to stream or download them, not that I approve of that. You should wait and buy them on DVD. Ya right:P

So here we go, in no particular order...

1) Boss

Mayor Tom Kane (Golden Globe® winner Kelsey Grammer) is King of Chicago, and he rules his domain with an iron fist. Deception, scandal, and betrayal go hand in hand with Kane’s form of politics. As long as he gets the job done, the people of Chicago look the other way. Despite being the most effective mayor in recent history, Kane is hiding a dark secret. A degenerative brain disorder is ripping everything away from him, and he can’t trust his memory, his closest allies, or even himself.

This is as high quality a program as you can get. It is also cool to see Kelsey Grammer as a character other than Frasier or Side Show Bob.

2) Sons Of Anarchy

Sons of Anarchy, aka SAMCRO, is a motorcycle club that operates both illegal and legal businesses in the small town of Charming. They combine gun-running and a garage, plus involvement in porn film. Clay, the president, likes it old school and violent; while Jax, his stepson and the club's VP, has thoughts about changing the way things are, based on his dead father's journal. Their conflict has effects on both the club and their personal relationships

I know allot of you have heard of this one but are still not watching. It is written and produced by one of the writers from "The Shield" (if you have not seen that one go shoot yourself in the head or go watch it because until you do your life is not worth living) also the same guy who played the Armenian hitman with the foot fetish.

3) Copper

Set in New York during the Civil war it deals with some pretty mature subject matter yet still feels like a network series which I do not like, but worth checking out, can't wait to see what season 2 will bring.

I just finished watching the first season of this one. Never heard of it 2 weeks ago. think "Gangs of New York" meets "Rome".

4) Homeland

So, Capt. Winters (He will always be Captain Winters to me) comes home, after 8 years of being held hostage by terrorists in Iraq, as a war hero and Manchurian Candidate. I find the story gets a little far fetched, but if you are not watching it you are way out of the loop here. It will keep you coming back, but at the end of the day it is allot of this:

5) The Walking Dead

Police officer Rick Grimes leads a group of survivors in a world overrun by zombies.

OK, I know what you are thinking, "I am not into zombies", I know I'm right, but you are wrong to dismiss this show because of that. It is not about zombies, it is about the survivors, and this is good shit. Do not miss out!

Ok, maybe top 5 is a little bit too short of a list so here are some shows that did not make the list for whatever reason, but mostly because there is no excuse that you are not already watching them:
Breaking Bad

Boardwalk Empire
Game of Thrones
Revolution
Spartacus
